Admin sign-in
First-time sign-in uses admin and the bootstrap password (ADMIN_SECRET). Set your own username & password below once you are in.
Email notifications
A digest is emailed at 7:00 AM Pacific each morning listing the previous day's new testimonials. If none were recorded, no email is sent.

Access & passwords
Set the Admin username and password, and rotate the Front Desk and Marketing Portal passwords. Leave a password field blank to leave it unchanged.
Manage testimonials
Permanently delete a testimonial — removes both the video file and its database record in one step. Use for consent revocation or clearing test recordings. This cannot be undone.
